How to sell your mineral or royalty interests
- Fax or mail your 3 most current check stubs to Hill Minerals (the portion of your check that shows your decimal interest, amount of oil and/or gas sold and the oil and gas price. The check stubs verify to Hill Minerals that you currently own the properties and they also verify your monthly income.
- Include your name, address and phone number.
- Our Geologist will evaluate your royalty ownership based on the check stubs that you supply. After the evaluation a Hill Minerals representative will call you with an offer.
If the mineral or royalty interests are recently inherited, additional information may be required. |
